I am a Intuitive Life & Wellbeing Coach, and will guide you offering empowering support, coaching and mentoring.
Sessions are to be held in person:
at St John’s Church, 7 Church Rd, Locks Heath, Southampton SO31 6LW
6.45pm – 8.30pm
These monthly drop-in group sessions are for anyone who wants to:
I can’t wait to welcome and guide you monthly, holding space for you to reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, meditation, journaling and coaching in the company of like-minded people.
In each session I will guide you through a settling practice, share some learnings and experiences, guide another practice and end with a silent practice. There will be plenty of time for journaling, and at the end a chance to ask me questions.
Your investment will be £15 for the session, payable in advance of the group session using the form below.

What you need to know:-
- Arrive at 6.45pm for tea/coffee and biscuits
- Prompt start at 7pm
- Guided session until 8.30pm
- Bring a blanket, cushion, journal & pen
- Water bottle for ease
- Tea and coffee will be provided
