1:1 Adult Coaching
This 3-month Coaching Programme is for you if you are ready to dive deep and are committed to the process of transformation.
During this period you will have 6 x 1:1 60 minute coaching sessions.
We will identify the challenges you are facing and together work on potential solutions.
We will also discover what is getting in your way and how to get you moving in the right direction.
Our time together gives you the opportunity to talk freely and confidentially in a safe and impartial space with no judgment.
When you commit to this package you will receive a welcome email and some helpful resources for you to use straight away, along with some questions for you to answer before our first session.
A few days after your welcome email I will be sending you a short exercise for you to complete before we start, so that we can really hit the ground running during our first session.
As part of this package you will also have access to me in-between sessions for short queries and check ins, either via email or Whatsapp.

1:1 Teenage Coaching
These 4 x 50 minute sessions will focus on helping young people (14 yrs – 19 yrs) with things like resilience, confidence, sibling rivalry, parental pressure and self-worth. We can also focus on effective strategies for tackling exams.
This is a safe, confidential and impartial space where your teen can really be themselves.
I’m passionate about helping young people deal with feelings of sadness and anxiousness, as I feel there is a huge opportunity to positively impact their transition into adulthood.
To find out more about how I can help you with any challenges you are experiencing right now, I highly recommend a 30 minute , free non obligation curiosity call. This call could be with your parent/guardian, alone (if over 16), or a bit of both.
Once we have both decided that we are good match, and that coaching is the right path for you, we can then commence our 4 sessions with an option to extending if needed.
As your coach we will work together proactively helping you unpick and work through some of the challenges you are facing.

Check in Coaching Sessions
These one to one coaching sessions are for those clients who have already worked with me for a minimum of 6 sessions.
If you would like some extra support around a specific challenge, or perhaps something is coming up that you need coaching/mentoring around, then these coaching sessions are designed to be available on an ad hoc basis, and give you the flexibility as and when you need it.
These sessions are available in person or online.

This membership offers hands on support. You’ll get access to LIVE monthly training, LIVE monthly group coaching as well as a library of support tools to help you live life your way!
It is a safe online space to feel supported, valued and able to grow. This is a community of like-minded individuals who are all holding themselves accountable and ready to make real, lasting change in their lives. There is also a Facebook group where you can share your wins, get to know each other, and I will hop in from time to time with additional support and guidance.
