Every situation is neutral until we put meaning to it, either positive or negative. This means we actually have a choice over how we perceive and react to the events in our lives.
Through meditation and mindfulness, we can examine these perceptions and reactions without judgment, and objectively decide if we would like to think something different.

What better way to start the day than with a wellbeing retreat or workshop? This 3 hours gives you an opportunity to STOP, have some time to BREATHE and CHECK-IN without interruption, judgement or time pressures.
I combine coaching techniques, a passion for mindfulness and meditation to bring this morning to life. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and with new insight into your ongoing self-care. The retreats and workshops vary from experiential to hands-on learning, and everything in-between.

In Person Retreat Days
Set in the outskirts of the New Forest in a log cabin surrounded by peace and tranquility, this venue is perfect for a day of nurturing and reflection.
You will learn how to alleviate daily stresses through a combination of mindfulness and meditation practices, gentle exercise, relaxation and tips and techniques around self-care. We also focus on coaching, mentoring, wellbeing and self compassion on the day.
Rest and relax
Retreat days in person will resume in 2021 when Covid-19 restrictions are eased. These days are very intimate with a small number of people accommodated.

Mindfulness is an extremely powerful tool for managing stress and anxiety.
In these workshops I provide an overview of core concepts and teach simple wellbeing and mindfulness techniques that work and can be used straight away.
I cover practical and realistic tools that can be used both personally and professionally when dealing with stressful situations or dealing with anxiety and overwhelm.
I also teach mindfulness techniques which teachers can use with children in the classroom.
These workshops can be tailored to the needs of the business or school.
They are perfect for INSET days, twilight sessions and team wellbeing days.
